Returned item
I returned my item because it didn't fit. How long will it take before I get my refund or the credit is deposited into my customer account?
Allow 7 business days for the refund or credit to be deposited into your account. If your item does not meet the conditions of the Return Policy, we will return the item to your home free of charge and notify you by email.
Delivery charge
Will I have to pay a delivery charge for my exchange / refund?
No. There is no charge to pay for returning an item. The prepaid label will be inside your package when it arrives.
