RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to assist you in the process, regardless of the reason for your request.

Some conditions apply before an exchange or refund can be authorized. 

Please make sure that:

 

  • The merchandise has not been worn or damaged.

  • The labels are intact. 

  • If you ordered a women's bikini set, the hygienic protection label in the bottom part must be intact. 

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Once the 30 days have elapsed, our team will inform you that the delay has not been respected. If there was a prepaid return ticket, it will no longer be valid. 

  • Final sale or clearance sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If any of these conditions are not met, we will return your package and exchange or refund will not be authorized. We will notify you by email.
